TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: You are bound by these terms and conditions by searching on and purchasing through this website. We may from time to time update or amend our terms and conditions, please ensure you have read and understand these prior to purchasing from our site.
USING THE HOTSHOP SITE
First and Foremost: We understand sizings, colours etc can be a hassel to determine accurately online - so we are very open to questions. We try to describe products as clearly as possible, and do all we can to get to you the products you order, but we cannot always guarantee availability. If we cannot supply what you have ordered, you have the option of refund or reorder.
If you have questions on sizes, products, or anything at all really, please contact us, we are very helpful and want to do our very best by our customers.
If you receive your order, and you really just don't like it, let us know. Especially if you feel it has been misrepresented on our site. We would rather you tell us so we can we fix it, than you tell someone else and don't buy again!
Age and Residency: To purchase from this website you must be:
1. 18 years or older;
2. A New Zealand resident or located in New Zealand.
Disclosure of Information: When you purchase from this site you will be required to offer certain information. You agree that:
1. You will not use a false identity and will provide your legal name and details;
2. All information provided by you will be correct at the time given;
3. You are responsible for providing all information required so as to process your order and complete a sale to you. You agree to update hotShop immediately should your details change during processing of your order and prior to delivery and completion of sale.
Security: You will have sole responsibility for keeping your login information confidential and secure and you agree not to permit any other person to use your details to access the hotShop site.
Returns Policy: If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods provided they are returned to us within 48 hours of receipt and are in the same condition you received them in with original tags intact.
Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.
As every 'body' is different, it is difficult to ensure all garments will fit. Please check our charts carefully before ordering. We will however, act in good faith in the event that the garment does not match the size chart description. Please ensure you contact us within 48 hours if this is the case. The item must be returned immediately and will be checked against the charts prior to a refund being issued. If the garment is found to vary from the size chart, a full refund together with postage costs, will be refunded to your nominated account. If the garment does match the charts, a credit to your hotShop account will be issued, for use on future hotShop purchases, and you will be notified of this immediately.
In the event that the garment ordered is per the size charts, but is not a wearable fit for you personally, we may also act in good faith and issue a credit to your hotShop account. The garment must be returned to us in the original condition with tags attached. If there is any indication that the item has been worn, a credit will not be issued. The credit will be to the amount of the purchase price and will be available to you for use on future hotShop purchases.
Exchanges: If you wish to return to exchange for an altenative or colour or style, there may be an additional freight charge which you will be notified of with confirmation that your exchange product is available.
Refunds Refunds will usually be effected the day a return is received back to hotShop and where credit cards have been used will normally show the following working day.
COLOURS AND SIZING
Sizing: All clothing listed on our site is in New Zealand sizing. Shoes are listed in US/EUR sizing. We try to keep our sizing as consistent as possible but there are ocassions when sizing differs due to fabric shrinkage or bias cut. In this event, we will act in good faith per our Returns Policy above.
Colours: Different colours of the same style will be available within the product options. Although we try to provide accurate images of each product, some colours may vary.
MADE TO ORDER
Made to order/measure items may incur an additional charge. This will be advised upon confirmation of availability. Indicative timeframes to delivery will also be advised at that time.
Privacy: Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.
Payment: We do our best to ensure the products on our site are available, but due to the fast sell nature of our products, we cannot always guarantee everything you order will be available. Upon receipt of your order, we will check availability prior to forwarding invoice with order confirmation and delivery costs. Upon receipt of cleared funds your order will be processed.
We accept payment via PayPal or internet banking.
Our secure payment facility has a pre-authorisation stage which allocates the funds required to make your purchase but your credit card is not actually debited until we have verified the product availability via confirmation to you. For internet banking, your order will be processed once the funds are cleared in our account.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Delivery Times: Please allow approximately 15-20 working days for delivery of standard items following receipt of cleared funds. We send all your products in one parcel and aim to 'under promise and over deliver' - we will get your products to you as soon as possible.
Timeframes for 'made to order' and designer items will be dependant on the supplier and will be conveyed at the time of order. If you require an item within a certain timeframe, please send a message with your order and we will do our very best to arrange it for you, but again, we are dependant upon our suppliers ability to do so.
Delivery Pricing: Freight charges in checkout are indicative only. Confirmation of freight charges will be given with confirmation of availability of your order. Please note that products from all ranges will be delivered together in one parcel where ever possible, and will incur only one freight charge. We make every effort to keep freight costs as low as possible.
